Happy Friday Friends! I hope that you had an excellent week and gave yourself some grace. I hope that you have the best weekend ahead! :)

Back in the beginning I wasn't a huge Ed Sheeran fan, I don't really know why because I do love his voice, and I've loved pretty much every other album he's had. I looooove the collaboration album that he recently released! Of course it's no surprise that I liked this song with Camila Cabello a lot.

So here's a quite inappropriate ( ;) ) and catchy tune for your Friday friends!

We have D&D with some close friends on Saturday night, but otherwise I hope to get some chores/cleaning and reading/scrapbooking done this weekend because last weekend ended up being BONKERS BUSY with plans.

I can't KC or I are huge fans of Shawn Mendes, but we do really like Camila Cabello. This song is sooo good. So add it to your summer playlist, or listen to it while you knock out your work to-dos. The video is a little bit NSFW, fyi.

What are you guys up to this weekend??

We aren't up to too much. KC has to work on Saturday so I will probably read/scrapbook/bake/etc. Then we'll hang out in the evening and see some friends on Sunday afternoon for a DISNEY MOVIE NIGHT! I'm sooooo excited! A new batch of besties is getting ready to move to different states again ( :( !!! ) So, we're trying to get time in where we can.

HAPPY FRIDAY FRIENDS! It was my first full week back after vacation... and it felt LONG. We were also working on some plumbing stuff.. which is SO fun. *snark* LOL I'm happy it's weekend!

I really get into phases with musical artists. I'm loving Camila Cabello, and this song is so dang catchy. We listen to it all the time. I hope it makes your Friday go a little more quickly!



I think that Quavo's rap style is a bit like Future's in T-Swift's "Endgame". The lipo lyric is ridiculous though. But I do like the "bad and bougie" lyric. LOLOL #balance

What are y'all up to this weekend?!

We are hoping to work some more on the house, we are hoping to turn some plumbing to move a sink... and then do some painting of cabinets, counters, and some more walls. The painting never ends my dears. :P In addition to that stuff, I really hope to see my family this weekend. And to keep reading. I got this book from Netgalley and it's a lot of fun. Chick lit foreverrr.

Happy Friday Friends! I'm so sorry for being a bit absent both in writing and blog reading/commenting. Balancing a new house with work, getting ready for vacation, and normal May chaos has been nuts. HA. I hope to get a post about our house/the buying process up next week. :)

Ughh.. yeah I dunno, it's just my jam. Speaking of, has anyone watched Bright?! I'm curious but apparently not curious enough to have watched it yet. hahaha

What are y'all up to this weekend?!

We are hoping to do a mix of fun and productive things this weekend. Our friends Chris and Anna are having a post-wedding party/celebration which we are driving part way across the state for. That should be fun to see people we haven't seen in a while! :) We need to get started on the kitchen. We are updating the cabinets and counter tops... so that will likely take some time! We also need to get the carpets out of the upstairs because they are coming to measure and quote us for flooring installation next week! :) We've been alternating because if we work too hard we have INSANE muscle cramps (just me really!) lol... SO we've also been re-watching the Twilight movies... because why not? hahah We're gearing up for the Breaking Dawns. We also have some DVRd things we are hoping to get through. Always of course, I am hoping to read.

I AM SO EXCITED! The six of us are taking a cruise to Havana and Cozumel in June! :)

Today's song is obviously Havana by Camila Cabello. KC told me about this song a long time ago and I was like... I dunno babe... but I love it. It's stinkin' catchy. He loves the rap, and he tries to do it like Young Thug and it cracks me up to NO END. LOLOL

The actual music doesn't start until about 2:30... but this music video kinda cracks me up. It reminds me of Jane the Virgin. :)

This weekend is my nephew's FIRST BIRTHDAY! *sobbing forever* I love him so much. So, tonight we are helping my sister get ready for the party, and then Sunday we celebrate. I'm not sure what we are doing on Saturday.. .but I am hoping for a mix of the finer things in life... which in my opinion are breakfasts with KC, time for reading, cat snuggling, scrapbooking, and maybe a movie or two. :)
